Halle Berry’s Ex Files For Restraining Order After Thanksgiving Fight

Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry filed a restraining order against her fiancé Olivier Martinez following their pugilistic encounter on Thanksgiving Day.

The incident happened on Thursday morning when Aubry went to Berry’s home in Hollywood Hills to drop off their 4-year-old daughter Nahla for the holiday. The French-Canadian male model claimed that Martinez “jumped” him and began throwing punches and kicks that ended with him getting his head “slammed” on the concrete.

TMZ reports however that Aubry lost his temper when Martinez approached him in the driveway and told him “We need to move on.” An enraged Aubry then took a swing but missed the French actor. Martinez then countered and hit the model’s face, thereby bruising his eye before eventually taking him down on the ground.

The altercation ended with both men being taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; Aubry had a broken rib and contusions on his face while Martinez was reported to only have a swollen and bruised hand. Aubrey was then later put to jail but not after posting $20,000 bail.

It wasn’t just the 36-year-old model who filed a restraining order, by the way. Prior to his filing, Berry herself also happened to file an emergency restraining order against Aubry, which requires him to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and their daughter but it expired Tuesday. She’s now asking for an extension. If granted, Aubry won’t have any more rights to see his daughter for an indefinite amount of time.
