To all gamers in Asia, here is big news that would thrill you. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has made a big announcement last week that you will no longer have to wait until next year for the release of PlayStation 4 or go through the troubles of grey market just to get this latest gaming console.
SCE, as reported by IGN, has announced at the Sony Press Conference pre-Tokyo Game Show press that the latest PlayStation gaming console will he released in South East Asian region on December 2013, starting with Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.
Selected peripherals that include additional controllers, charging docks and PS4’s camera will be sold separately in those places when released. No specific date for an announcement beyond December has been made.
The news definitely makes everyone out there in the region get their hands full with this new console so got to save money for now so you can have your December holiday be merry.
Prices and further details are expected to unveil this coming November. PS4 will be released first in the North American region on November 15 then followed in Europe on November 29. Although the latest development for the Asian release falls behind those dates, it still puts ahead of time before Japan’s PS4 launch in February 22, 2014.
